As the UX designer, I led the redesign of Vans’ loyalty program enrollment flow to address high drop-off rates and regional inconsistencies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I developed user flows that balanced business goals with legal and technical constraints across EMEA and NORA regions. The updated design streamlined registration, incorporated personalization, and adhered to regional compliance requirements, resulting in a significant increase in user engagement and enrollment completion rates.
